Change Your Registered Email Address

Need to change the email address you use to log in to the Town Creek website? Follow these steps to add your new email address and remove the old one.

 

  1. Log in to the Town Creek website. At the top of the page, click your name where it says “Logged in as [your name].”
  2. Select the Access tab. Scroll down below the Town Creek image and click Access.
  3. Find “Link Other E-mails to This Account.” Enter your new email address and your current password, then click Send Invite.
  4. Check your new email address. Open the invitation email and click the link. You’ll be asked to create a password for the new email address. It can be the same password you currently use.
  5. Remove your old email address, if desired. Log in using your new email address, return to your Account Profile and remove the old login email.
